Ben has experience acting for clients involved in complex corporations law disputes, commercial disputes, taxation law disputes, property law disputes and intellectual property disputes.
Ben is also experienced in providing corporate advisory services to individuals, companies and trustees.
Ben has represented companies, trustees, developers, high net worth individuals, financial service providers and private lenders. He has acted in litigation matters in Federal Courts, Supreme Courts, District Courts, Local Courts and Magistrates Courts and tribunals in various states and territories.
Ben aims to provide value adding legal services to achieve his clients' objectives, particularly when clients find themselves in complex legal disputes. He strives to protect his clients’ interests whilst simultaneously seeking to achieve a cost effective and goal-oriented resolution of their legal disputes.
